[Slight AU Marauders RP]

The year is 1978.

The students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry have been going about their business without a care in the world; none of them truly acknowledging the full extent of the war raging on outside the safety of their school. However, they are all on the verge of a wake up call.

Things have been happening for a while now; small changes that have so far gone unnoticed. Students using the Unforgivable Curses, new aurors showing thier faces every week, letters from home increasing, students being taken home, deaths. The list goes on. On their own one might suggest that they were simply nothing; tragic accidents and safety precautions, but look at them as a whole and one might begin to wonder if Hogwarts is truly as safe as Albus Dumbledore claims it to be.

But it’s too late now.

Jane Whitestone | Pureblood | 7th Year | Gryffindor | FC: Gillian Zinser | Taken | OC Jane Whitestone was born in a pureblood rich family, one of teh most ancient wizard families in England. Since she remembers, her family always tried to make her the perfect bride-to-be; always trying to make her marry other pureblood wizards. By the time she was almost five years old, her older brother, Jaime, gave her a poorly-done potion to sleep which had severe consequences in her life. Since then, Jane has really strong mood swings, and even though she’s usually fun and sweet, she can also turn sad, or angry at any moment, and apparently, without reason She considers herself different from her three older brothers, especially because theuy were Slytherins and she is a proud Gryffindor. She’s independent, brave and loyal. Loves sports, parties and chips.  Jane doesn’t care about what you’re thinking or saying about her, because she’s exactly who she wants to be. She considers herself a free spirit and never judges a person by her looks or blood status.
